Project Overview
A high-end fit out for a private client's London office in Victoria, SW1. The brief was to deliver a workspace finished to a Grade A commercial standard with a modern executive aesthetic, balancing the prestige expected of a central London address with the day-to-day functionality of a working office. The space needed to feel light, open, and visually quiet, while still providing dedicated areas for boardroom-style meetings and focused work.
Scope of Work
- Frameless glass partitioning with black metal framing, used to define meeting rooms and the central boardroom without compromising on light or sightlines
- Bespoke boardroom design, including custom joinery, a large veneered conference table, and integrated AV display
- Luxury timber flooring laid throughout the open-plan and circulation areas, paired with high-grade commercial carpet in the meeting rooms
- Sculptural LED pendant lighting above the boardroom and meeting tables, complemented by recessed downlighting and linear architectural lighting elsewhere
- Acoustic wall treatment to the boardroom, balancing sound performance with a soft, refined finish
- Wall-mounted display screens and AV integration in each meeting space
- Full decoration of walls, ceilings, and skirtings to a Grade A standard, with a restrained neutral palette throughout
- Premium executive seating and conference furniture selection and installation
- Concealed services integration including HVAC, fire systems, and lighting controls
Our Approach
The design emphasis was on understated luxury: a small number of high-quality materials, used consistently. Black powder-coated steel framing, glass, light timber, and matt-neutral wall finishes create a coherent palette across the floor, while the sculptural pendant lighting and bespoke joinery deliver the moments of impact appropriate to a Grade A executive space.
Results
The completed fit out delivers exactly what the brief called for: a refined, modern executive office that reads as Grade A from the moment a visitor steps in, while remaining quietly functional for the team that uses it day to day. The bespoke boardroom is the focal point of the space, providing a setting that reinforces the client's brand at every meeting.
